You can donate using PayPal through Network for Good (10 US dollars minimum).
Important: If you donate using this form, then under “Designation (Optional)” please enter “0 A.D.”, or else we won’t get your donation.
Network for Good charges a 5% transaction fee, which may be tax-deductible for many taxpayers.
0 A.D. is an associated project of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. (SPI). SPI is a non-profit organization based in the USA, that acts as a fiscal sponsor to many open source projects, including Debian, Drupal and LibreOffice, and since December 2012, also 0 A.D. This means SPI can accept donations and hold funds for the development of 0 A.D.
SPI is a tax-exempt public charity, described under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code. This means that for many taxpayers, some or all of your donation to SPI may be tax deductible. For details, please consult your tax advisor.

If you wish to donate to 0 A.D. through a European bank account, to save international money transfer costs, this can be done through the German non-profit organization, ffis e.V., following these instructions.

Flattr is a Sweden-based microdonation provider that supports PayPal, Bitcoin and many other financial instruments.

Donations via this PayPal account go to a a private bank account in the US, controlled by a trusted member of the 0 A.D. community and its first project leader. This account is a legacy of the time before we became affiliated with SPI.
We prefer that you donate through SPI whenever possible. Thanks.

- Running costs such as hosting our website and licensing our forum software,
- Paying contractors for developing 0 A.D.,
- and reimbursing contributors for expenses related to the project.
